Like new condition from non-smoking, no-pets home I used it for a couple months for some extra cushion on my couch, but decided I preferred throw pillows. This thing is huge and is perfect for people of all shapes and sizes! Neck pillow is removable. Listing says cover is machine-washable, but I never tried. Tag is intact with care instructions.
