Mission • Full-time
JOB DUTIES:
• Perform accounts
payable, accounts
receivable
• Purchasing, creating
Purchase Orders,
Receiving orders into
inventory
• Assisting Sales staff
with Jobs, ordering/
inventory
• Assisting with other
departments as required
Education/Experience:
• QuickBooks experience
a must.
• Experience in data
entry in QB
• Knowledge of
financial/accounting
processes
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency with
Windows-based
programs including
Excel
• Ability to understand
and apply policies and
procedures.
• Typing proficiency
required.
